On top of that, ahead of Fresh Flesh at the Espy on the 2nd, Jake and Brian Sinclair of Dark Earth will be interviewed on Musically Incorrect, this Monday, August 30th (Triple R, 102.7FM or here to stream) at midnight EST, no doubt running through some interesting escapades from their teenage years on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Thumbs are currently hard at work in the studio, writing and preparing material for the follow up album to Crossing the Rubicon. While it's been a busy year for the band, things have really ramped up over the last month and a half, with close to 15 new tracks currently being refined and worked over. The new material is more focused, more aggressive, more complex and just plain heavier - the boys are pumped to get the new stuff down for what's shaping up to be a defining release.
